What data we hold

Make Believe's social integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest) are operated by MakeBelieve staff on behalf of the MakeBelieve business account. We do not collect or store data about end-users in connection with these integrations. The data stored is limited to:

The MakeBelieve operator's own social account identifiers (Page ID, Instagram Business ID, Threads user ID, Pinterest user ID).
Encrypted-at-rest access and refresh tokens for the above accounts.
Post records we have published through these integrations (post IDs, permalinks).

How to request deletion

If you believe we hold data associated with you, email privacy@makebelieveapp.com with the subject “Data deletion”. We respond within 30 days.

Automated (Meta) deletion callback

Our automated endpoint at /api/data-deletionaccepts Meta's standard signed-request callback. Because we do not store end-user data, the callback validates the request and issues a confirmation code for audit purposes.
