Use License

Make Believe grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for creating custom coloring books for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Upload photos you do not have the rights to
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Use the service to create inappropriate or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with others

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By using Make Believe, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of creating coloring books.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all photos you upload. Make Believe is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your use of the service.

Payment Terms

Printed books and premium features require payment. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your printed book, provided the book is returned in original condition.

Limitation of Liability

Make Believe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
